Preparation method

Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, then lower the heat to half. Let the bag soak for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut a corner of the bag, place it in a bowl. Stir a little and you are ready to enjoy!

Recipe tips

This puree adds a touch of sophistication to a meal.

You can add 350 ml of a liquid (water, cream, milk, or chicken stock) and a pinch of salt to make a delicious soup. Adding an egg yolk will make your soup smoother.

This puree can be incorporated into a risotto, omelet, salad, or pasta.
