Emulsify before serving for a perfect puree!
Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, then lower the heat to half. Let the bag soak for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut off one corner of the bag, place in a bowl, stir a little and you are ready to enjoy!
This puree is a side dish that adds flavor to your meal.
You can add 350 ml of a liquid (water, cream, milk, or chicken stock) and a pinch of salt to make a delicious soup. Adding an egg yolk will make your soup smoother.
This puree can be incorporated into a risotto, omelet, salad, or pasta.
